Does any one know of a support group in Mineral, Hampshire Co. of WV?

I am looking for a support group in the Potomac Highlands of WV or Cumberland,MD or Winchester,VA. My surgeon is asking me to attend a support group meetings for one year.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!
