Is there a surgeon in North Carolina that does the duodenal switch surgery?

I would appreciate your knowledge of any surgeons that do duodenal switch surgery in North Carolina or the surrounding areas. I have decided that this would be the best surgery for me. Everyone here goes to Dr. Rutledge and he only does a mini bypass. Can anyone help me?
