I've had a temp and nausea for 9 days now. Help!!!

I'm 6 week post op open rny. I've been running a fever of 101-102 for 9 days and suffering from debilitating nausea. I have a little tenderness in my abdomen but not bad. I can keep liquids down but have no desire for any food. My labs were fine-potassium was 3.4 (3.5 to 5.0) is normal, no elevated white blood cell count. I had a CAT scan of my abdomen which shows no problems. My surgeon put me on an antibiotic but can't figure out why I have the temp. I see him again on Monday, any ideas what this could be? Has anyone had similar problems? I'm truly miserable. Thanks for any responses.
