Does anyone know how Dr. Dirk Rodriguez of Palestine, TX.

Does his Lap RNY. I was told that he does several small incisions, plus 1 large one 4 to 5 inches long. Is this true? Would that still be considered a Lap RNY or an Open RNY? I called his office to ask and someone there said that it just depends. Depends on what? Was not given a direct answer. I have an appointment with him on the 29th., but I do not want to waste his or my time if that is how he does his surgery. I want a Lap RNY with only the small incisions. So, if anyone has gone to him or know of someone that has, please let me know what type of RNY he performed on you and incision wise also. Thank You my email is: [email protected]
