about plastic surgery

will since i had open rny on may 9 2002 and a revision on feb 13 2003 and i am still MO i have an appointment on the 20th with a plastic surgen to see what can be done but has anyone had public aid pay for a tummy tuck or lipo or anything like that before? i know they will pay for the consult didnt know about the surgery..
