need some assurance this is just a plateau

I am 10 and 1/2 months out going from 275 to 145, yes that is good, but, and there is always a but, right? my fears are that I am finished loseing. doc set goal at 130 I would love to see 120 or 125, but for about 6 weeks now not one single pound has come off. in the morning I am 142 or 3 and at night back to 145, and yes i am addicted to my scales. I stay under 1200 calories and I dont drink want pre say but I mix my protien shake with about 30 ounces of ice and water in the morning and all day drink the rest in decaff tea. so please tell me I am no done and this to will all pass. thank you guys for all your help. I read this every night and it keeps me grounded. thanks to all who post.
