Am I getting enough vitamins?

My surgeon prescribed a vitamin called "Natachews" which is a chewable form of a prenatal vitamin. He also prescribed Potassium pills. Now, The natachews go down great, but the Potassium pills are HUGE. I tried taking it one time and was in horrible pain for 3 hours. I told the nurse this, and they suggested that I open up the capsule and mix it in applesauce or something. I tried that and it was horrible tasting and made me nauseaus. So, anyway, I am just taking the natachew, and the the office doesn't seem overly concerned about missing the potassium. They told me to try to eat some bannana every day...which doesnt sit very well with my pouch. My question is this...should I go and search for additional vitamin supplements? Like calcium, iron, etc? From reading everything on here, I am not 100% sure one natachew is gonna be everything I need for the rest of my life. I dont want to get osteoporosis or something in a few years. Any suggestions would be appreciated! (open RNY 7/23/02 -41 lbs) PS- does anyone know if you can mix protein powder in sugar free pudding? Will the protein stay the same?
