Am I doing this Right?

I had surgery on 8/28/02 i'm down approx 27 pounds. I think it's a bit slow, but I keep assuring myself that things will pick up. I list my daily meals on fitday.com and this is what i've come up with. My protein fluctuates between 40 & 50 grams daily, Carbs are between 35-45grams daily, fat 35-45 grams daily and caloric intake is between 600-800 calories. I have read previous questions and postings about carbs and protein counts. Is there anyone out there that during their 1st 6 months consumed this amount and lost weight. Should I cut back on something, add something or just stop worrying and keep doing what i'm doing. I just want to make sure i'm doing this right. I really don't want this to end up another failure.
