WEIRD story.. any feedback???

Hi! I am almost 6 weeks post op. I had LAP RNY on 2-19-03 and for about 4 weeks, I've been vomiting. Well, I finally had enough last week when I vomited for 5 hours over 1/2 of a scrambled egg! I called my Surgeon, went and saw him the next day, and he sent me for an Endoscopy. TURNS OUT I had 3 staples hanging off my stoma, which he removed, but from the inflammation it caused, I had to be dilated. I also have ulcerated areas from Reflux for I have to sprinkle Nexium into sf applesauce everynight. I had to stay overnight at the Hospital and be given fluids. Has ANYONE ever experienced this?? I had Reflux prior to surgery, so I'm thinking these areas must be from before? Any insight on that? Any feedback would be appreciated. I'm still confused on that and HOW staples can hang off your stoma! Thanks again! :)
