4 weeks post-op & haveing some real pain?

started this morning in my left side like alittle pain and discomforted then now it's kinda spreaded around to my back and is more intence it hurts alot when I take deep breaths kinda feels like a broken rib but I know thats not it does this sound like gas maybe traped or what could be wrong any advise Lap RNY 7-9-03
