I had a lap RNY 5/5/03 and am down about 50 lbs from 242 . This has not changed in

about 2 weeks. Is it normal to reach a plateau this soon? I know I am not getting enough protein, but try to get as much as possible. I have not been to a gym or exercising at home because my job is outside and very physical. With the weather being hot right now, I am trying to drink more liquids. Could the heat have anything with the slow loss?
