I'm 6 mos.post-op and craving candy. Is it ok to try the sugar free candy

made by Russell Stover,they make a wonderful looking turtle thats sugar free. I'm RNY distal and haven't tried anything sweet in all this time. I just want 1 piece every once in a while.
