Pre & Post OP Support Group

Can someone give me a clue about the various programs -- like who do you meet with pre op (like bariatriac staff, other patients pre-op, etc.) HOW MANY TIMES and over what period of time? Who did you meet with post op -- how long do you anticipate attending meetings/ how often? The program I'm considering does not offer peer support -- just one on one with their bariatric team. A few e-mails I've received indicate that this not an ideal situation. I want to know what to look for in the ideal situation. Thanks!
