Can you help us teach people about email signoff tags?

Hi. I just added a new profile page URL which was shorter in length. This is to make it easier for people to add signoff tags to their emails. What I need from you all are instructions about how to adjust your email system to automatically place a signoff message tag at the end of every outgoing email. If you have any experience with how to do this, please post an answer to this question. Begin your post with the name of your system (i.e., AOL, Outlook Express, Eudora), followed by detailed instructions about how to set up automatic including of ending tags. Thank you for your help.
