Has anyone had WLS coverage with AETNA HMO in Texas?

My employer is in the processing of switching to Aetna HMO and I am wondering if they will cover WLS? We have an option of going to Aetna PPO or Aetna POS if we pay the extra premium individually. Has anyone in the DFW area had a problem getting Aetna HMO to cover the surgery? You can respond here or email me directly at [email protected]. Thanks.
