Any suggestions on how to speed up insurance approval through BTC?

I am getting married next June and just started the approval process with my first consultation at BTC yesterday. I want the surgery ASAP, so I can be beautiful for the wedding and they said it could take up to 90 days to get me approved. Can anybody offer any tips or advice as to how to speed this up?
