Extending Weight Loss

I am 16-months post op, am engaged in an intense weekly workout involving weight training and cardio, get in at least 64 oz. of water every day, still abide by the 4 oz. per meal w/ several small healthy snacks, and get my vits in but haven't lost a pound since Christmas. Am I done? I am 10 lbs from goal and would really like to cross that finish line. Any insight? Thanks.
