4 days post op and I cant tell what the feeling in my stomach is.

I feel a generalized ache, sometimes mild sometimes almost severe.Ihonestly cant tell whether it is just the pain of surgery, or if I'm feeling hungry, or if I drank too much and I'm actually too full.
