I am 8 weeks post op and think I am the slowest loser EVER? Why?

Hi, I am 8 weeks post op and have lost 33 pounds. I know it isn't good to compare, but I have not seen anyone even close to losing this slow. Will I ever lose my weight? I also never really feel full and feel like my pouch was not made small enough. I have NO PROBLEM eating a whole Lean Cuisine and I am not even full. I stop there because I am trying really hard. I have never been sick or thrown-up. I can tolerate anything I eat. (but I have not had ANY sugar) I know it's crazy but, is it possible they didn't really even do the surgery?????
