i've only lost 67llbs and i am 14 months post-op

i am now beginning to gain wt. i am able to eat more than i should be able to and this has been since 2weeks post-op. pmd was not very concerned initially but after my 1 year f/u visit and learning that i had hit a plateu which lasted for four months, he ordered an upper gi because he was concerned that my opening was too large but it wasn't. ugi showed that my pouch was herniated. i am waiting for my f/u appt. has anyone experienced this?
