My hair is falling out? Why, What shall I do about it?

I HAVE LOTS OF IT SO FOR NOW ITS OK BUT IT IS ALSO VERY DRY ALMOST LIKE ONE DAY NOT ONE DAY DRY AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? I HAVE LONG HAIR SHOULD I CUT IT?I TAKE 2 FLINSTONES AND 2 VIACTIVE ALMOST FAITHFULLY.... ANY SUGGESTIONS ????
