Any support groups in the Doylestown, Lansdale area?

I live in Sellersville, PA & I'm having surgery on 3/26/03 at Doylestown Hospital. I am looking for any support groups in this general area (Lansdale, Doylestown, etc). I love the support of this site, but I need live people to talk to also!!! :)
