Has any one had problems digesting peanut butter during 1st month?

HELP !! I had some peanut butter this evening and I feel HORRIBLE for the last several hours - including vomiting and abdominal heaviness and slight pain. Any ideas??? I haven't had any problems until today- I am 2 weeks post-op as of today. Thanks !!
