I'm 10 days post op and having a few problems.

I had to go back in the hospital because of dehydration, etc., and now I'm noticing that MOST food tastes terrible!! I've read other posts of similar, but don't understand it. Can anybody tell me if it's permanent or not, or how long it lasts? Also, do any normal food tastes come back? I'm really scared and concerned?? HELP!!!!
