I am 12 days post-op and have only lost 1 lb. since morning of surgery

At my pre-op appt I weighed 128. Then after the two days of prep, the morning of surgery I was 223. Now, after 12 days I'm only down 1 lb.(I was up to 139 5 days after surgery due to bloating). I know I will probably have a good loss soon, has anyone else started out this way? It's frustrating.
