I'm 10 months out and no matter what I do the scales and inches don't move, is this i

As I stated, I'm 10 months out. I'm 5'2", started at 281.5# and am now 165.5#. Surgery was 5-13-03. I drink about 80 oz. of water, get in all my needed protein, and watch the carbs. I haven't lost in over 4 weeks. I exercise 3-5 days a week. I've recently cut down of weight training and have increased cardio up to 45-60 minutes. I was a size 26/28 and now fit in size 12 petites. My question is could I be done losing. My frame is med-large and I now have very good muscle strength and tone. My current BP is 107/64 with a resting HR of 62 bpm. I'm very frustrated about my current plateau but am very happy about my total loss (-116#). Does anyone have any suggestions about other ways to "jump start" my body into losing again?
