Can anybody help me in finding a Insurance in IL that covers WLS

I was denied from my insurance because WLS is in their exclusions. Has anybody bought an adittional insurance like a high risk state issued insurance that does not exclude WLS in the state of IL? And if yes how much does something like that cost?
