So snacky all the time, how do you not do that?

I'm 5 1/2 weeks out and my Dr. has let me eat for about a week now, I feel pretty good, and I've lost 36 pounds so far, but the last couple days I've been so snacky, I want to eat constant. Do you get past that? I feel like when I dieted for a long time and then binge. What do you do for that?
