Any Stream International employees out there?

I'm looking for anyone employed by Stream (or previously) who has had this surgery and what your experiences were with getting it covered. I'm working with the insurance company (BCBS) but keep getting different answers and am just wondering what experiences anyone else has had. Thanks!
