Symptoms of Kidney and Bladder Stones What do I do?

Good Morning All: I'm coming to you with a problem, because I'm sure one of you will have gone through this. I'm now dealing with a bladder and kidney infection that has gone on 4 weeks, and I've taken more Cipro (what they use for anthrax) than a New Jersey postal worker. My Urologist has found blood and mucus in my urine, and now tells me it's one of three things, bladder stone, kidney stone, or cancer. I don't feel it's cancer, but somehow perhaps as my Urologist has suggested is to do with surgery. He thinks it is something to do with the malabsorbtion. Anyone out there had bladder or Kidney stones after surgery? If so what did you do?? Thanks, Shannon
