Anyone have adm. tightness and swelling pain?

I am 6 days postop of an open RNY and my abd is so tight and feels swollen. Sometimes it is hard from me to take in a deep breath. I am NOT hungry and feel I am forcing the issue. Anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this discomfort or do I just need patience. Thanks
