I'm having pain :( Any ideas why?

I'm 3months post, missed my 3month post op appointment and had to reschedule it for July 10. I've been doing amazingly well but today I'm having rather uncomfortable pain right around where the drain was pulled from. Now that is all closed up now. But the pain is like inside. Kinda like in the muscles. I took a couple tylenol but that's not helped yet. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas or has expereinced this :)
