Anyone been approved by Great West Life & Annuity in Oklahoma?

I was just wondering if anyone has this insurance and been approved? It used to be General American but changed to this. It has been a couple of weeks since claim was sent in and I am going nuts. I just so fear that it will be denied even though my Dr. is on the insurance. They do not exclude this surgery but still worried.
