I am approaching a 100# loss & now am stuck....

Another gal that has had WLS told me she thought it may have something to do with the -100# and the body wanting to hang onto the rest. Does anyone else have experience with plateaus as you are near/at one hundred pound loss? If so, what did you do to get things moving again? I have been exercising every day for 45 min. , eating well, getting in protein, & vitamins too....I continue to loose in inches-but the scale is not moving-what is going on?
