Pouch size at 5 months post op?

I am 5 months and 2 days post op. I was really wondering about the size of my pouch so I did the cottage cheese test first thing this morning. I ate three ounces of cottage in about 3-4 minutes. This made me extremely full. First of all did I do it right? Second, is this about the right amount for 5 months out?
