How long after surgery untill i can play sports.

I am a 19 year old college student i am big into playing sports like paintball, tennis, and i want to get back into golf... How long will it be before i can play there sports again?? tennis and paintball take alot of running and such and golf may be strenuous on the mid region but are there any suggestions???
