Is there any relationship between low Vit B12 and slow weight loss?

I think over all I am a "slow loser" compared to some of the posters. However, I am happy with the weight loss non the less. I am 5'4 and starting weight was 331 and I am down to the 260's somewhere. Back to my question by Vitamin B12 level is 270's and I was wondering if there was a relationship between lose and the Vitimin B12 level? Yes, I have just started to take B12 vitamins will I have more engery once the level is up? I dothink that i have alot of engery as a whole now but more engerywill always be welcomed.
