Post Ops: How Do I Deal With The Guilt of Not Revealing My WLS?

I decided from the beginning that I wanted my WLS to be a personal decision, and I only told a few people. Now that my weight loss is significant, (110 pounds lost), people really notice the big difference and want to know how I did it. I answer as honestly as I feel comfortable doing, and I say, "I eat high protein, low carb, and lots of water!" Then some make a comment about how they wish they could do that, and they wish they had will power like I do. I feel really guilty! I feel like I need to break down and be honest. It's almost like I'm lying. Has anyone else dealt with this dilemma?
