HAD VBG IN 2000. BMI STILL 36. CAN I HAVE REVISION TO RNY WITH NEW INSURANCE?

I had a vbg in 2000. I have not budged past 195 pounds or a bmi of a little over 36, down from 270 pounds. I am 5'3". I have Highmark Bluesheild now, had Aetna then. What are my chances of a revision? Please help. I am miserable!
