Is it normal to be on a six week plateau at 7 months out?

I had Lap/RNY on 6/30/03 and have lost exactly 100 pounds. I feel great and is happy with my progress thus far. However, I'm addicted to the scale and have become depressed as it hasn't moved in over a month. I don't exercise like I should or get in enough water. But, I try and get in enough protein and make good food choices. Is it over for me at 7 months? I know I must increase my water intake and exercise. But, I really need to know is a plateau of this length normal? Will I make it to my goal of 160? TW 290/190/Goal 160
