I am not losing weight. back and forth with the same 5lbs.

I had lap rny 4- 14-00.I lost about 25 lbs right after surgery, then my weight loss stopped,when I started to eat solid food. My metab . slows to equal my intake. Im eating very little but am not losing weight. what gives? I dont know if I need a revision in my surgery, or if I need to exercise and diet for the rest of my life. So why did I have surgery? I feel quite bitter right now. Any encouragement would be welcomed.Sherry
