WHy have I not lost inches for a long time??

I am at 4 months and down 76 lbs. I have lost 10 inches off my waist but nothing now in over a month! VEry frustrating for me. Will my body catch up? I am making myself crazy with the measuring tape! Wendy 10/29 259/183/145
