Is this a plateau or because my thyroid is not working?

I am 14 weeks post op. I have lost 77/78#'s depending on when I weigh. I have not lost anything in almost 3 weeks. I had a TSH (thyroid) blood test done last week. The normal range for the test was .3 to 5.5. My result was <.004 Could my lack of weight loss be due to the very low thyroid test result, or is this just a terrible plateau? My TSH level pre-op was in the normal range. By the way, I was told by my surgeon that this needs to be checked out. I have an appt w/PCP this Friday.
