Hi all, I will be 2 mos out on the 21st, down 48 lbs and holding and holding.

I eat mostly protein, I know my h20 has not been as high as it had been before, but I cannot seem to drop some weight. It has been slow for a few weeks now. Am beginning to get depressed over this. I start working out at Curves this week. My period should have been here (not pregnant) but my body is acting more like it is in mid cycle. My hands and feet are swollen. Oh please oh please, any advice??? I am going to drink tons of h20 today. I eat three meals a day, and really have not much of a desire to snack.
