Does anyone know of things to do to assist in eliminating the fromation of gallstones

Had lap rny 10-02-00. Doing well and losing. Gallbladder was not removed, but I have heard that almost 90% of people who have wls will within 6 mo to a year lose their gallbladder. I do not wish to go through another surgery. I will try anything to prevent this. Any ideas? Help!
