9 mos post op & can't stop

Hi Everyone: I am 9 mos post op and am having severe stomach cramping and horrible diaharea. This has gone on for 4 days now and I have tried over the counter stuff and nothing is working. I am growing concerned as I have lost 11 pounds since Thursday. I thought on Thursday that I was having a gall bladder attack but then everything else started. Does an ulcer give you the poopers and cramping or diaharrea?????Should I call my Dr? At this point I am now only 7# from my goal weight but what a way to get there...I don't want to lose this fast...can't be healthy....ANY SUGGESTIONS??????? THANKS ALL
