Can't we fix this site, so we DON'T have to LOG-IN, everytime

We want to post to someones page? to get to Dr's #'s, to post on the message board? A general log-in, would be nice, people researching could still see what's going on, but we could have the ease and it'd be easier for us to sign more surgery pages... etc. I know there's a little bit of a shortcut already, but if a person is trying to sign a gazillion surgery pages, it become monotamous. Thanks!
