has anyone bought an individual policy from BS/BC of NE to pay for WLS?

I am looking into buying an individual policy from BC/BS of NE. My current insurer has denied me and I have heard good things about BC/BS of NE. Has anyone bought their own policy to get coverage...if so which one?
