I'm one month post op and still feeling pain

i am feeling more sore now then when I returned home from hospital. Every time I get up from a sitting position I can barely stand up straight because it feels like everything is pulling apart inside. Sometimes I feel like a hunchback. Also have achy pain in my middle back. Anyone else with these problems or am I the only oddball out there?
