Is this shake bad for me?

I was making a fruit protien shake with powdered designer whey (natural). It consisted of : 1 banana, 5 strawberries (fresh), 6 ounces pineapple juice, and 3 scoops of designer whey protein, all this mixed with crushed ice in a blender. My question is, is this bad? Should I ditch the fruit. someone told me that the fruit and unsweet juice was way too high in carbs for me to be drinking.What is ya'lls thought on this? It has been the only protien shake that I have been able to stomach so far.
